A list/review of some cool Vampire links...
Thursday
OK, I shouldn’t harp so much about The Vampire’s Daughter, but I really like the story. If you don’t trust me, check out the site’s Reader Reviews page. Right now, the vampire, his name is Sabastian (who spells Sebastian with an ‘a’ and how do you say that anyway?) killed the girl’s mom, took the girl in, and gave her away! And, the cop who is looking into the case has just been taken off the case and sent to Florida. I’m not sure where this is going, but I can’t wait to find out.
Now for some links I haven’t already told you about!
As promised, here is a link to a site about Kindred: The Embraced, the TV show. I loved that show—it rocked! I actually liked it better than I liked Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Buffy got goofy after the first couple of seasons and I stopped watching). Check out the Links page for tons of other sites about the show.
This is a site about Mark Frankel, the lead character from Kindred: The Embraced. He played Julian Luna. As I said before, he basically killed himself by running his motorcycle off the road. I thought he was a good actor and all, but can you believe he has his own Web ring?
If you are remotely interested in buying the Kindred TV series, you can do it at Amazon. I don’t get any money out of this, but it is a really cool show and I thought you might be interested.
Here are some other Web sites about the show:
Camarila’s TV Kindred Page
Cult TV Programme Guides (I’ll have to go back to this site for other stuff)
Kindred: the Embraced Fanfic Page (What can I say, I like vampire stories)

The Coven Organization
This site has a lot of interesting stuff for and about vampires. I have to see about joining their banner exchange, top list, and Web ring. I was particularly interested in their Drinks page—I liked the blood-orange mimosa and the Barnabas Collins (AKA Dark Shadows; another show that I’ll have to find some good site links for). Of course you should check out their manifesto—the site is created for vampires by vampires. If they had a clothing line, would it be called FVBV (for vampires by vampires)? Oh, by the way, they have vampire stories, too!
Quebec Bloodlines
I wish I could have understood more this Canadian vampire site, but a lot of it was in French—it’s based out of Quebec, go figure. Looked neat, though, and they have a great collection of Web rings I’m going to check out some day. I think I’d feel better about the site if they had some drink recipes!
